Order Information
At this time all orders must be placed by telephone or emailed using our online
Order Form. Our order line is open between 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST.
We will email an invoice total in return. Payment may then be mailed,
charged by phone, or charged through our new secure on-line credit card service.
Please remember, baked desserts are made to order.
Because they are baked fresh, please allow a minimum of three (3) business days for us to prepare your order.
We will do everything we can to meet your timing needs.
Holiday or large orders please allow three (3) weeks.
We often sell out in November for holiday orders. Please call to check availability.
We accept checks/VISA/MasterCard for payment.

A $10 minimum is required on all credit card orders.
Maryland residents add 6% Sales Tax to snack orders.

Shipping
Our products are shipped with care to assure maximum freshness upon receipt.
Because freshness is our goal, all dessert orders are shipped Three Day Guaranteed, Two Day
Guaranteed or Next Day Air. If ground delivery is available to your area within 2 days, we will
ship UPS Ground. Ground delivery for our Southern CocktailTM
snacks is also available. If you would like to request a specific shipping date for special events,
such as birthdays, please do so. We will select the least expensive shipping option available for
your order unless directed otherwise.
Shipping service is provided by UPS/FEDEX
We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. Presently we do not ship to Alaska,
Hawaii or internationally. Delivery days are Monday - Friday. Special arrangements are required
for Saturday deliveries.

Product Guarantee
Our baked desserts have a premium freshness time of 10 - 12 days and may be frozen.
Our snacks have a premium freshness time of 3+ months if stored in an airtight container.
Our spicy pecans may be refrigerated for 3 months or frozen for up to 1 year.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact
us so we can correct the situation. Our company mission is to add a little joy to the world,
so we want you to be a happy customer. We guarantee the quality of our products.

When you place an order, your name is automatically added to our mailing list because
